At DAS Home Improvement & Property Maintenance LLC, we believe every home and property has potential—and with the right vision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, that potential can become something exceptional. Founded by a skilled craftsman with over 30 years of hands-on experience, DAS was built from a lifelong passion for creating, repairing, improving, and transforming spaces.

Originally from Nassau, Bahamas, our founder brought decades of experience and an unmistakable eye for craftsmanship with him when he relocated to Florida, where he has continued doing what he loves most: turning ideas into quality work that lasts. From custom carpentry and woodwork to remodeling, home improvements, property maintenance, repairs, and everyday handyman projects, his versatility has earned him a reputation as a true jack of all trades. Reliable, dedicated, precise, and naturally creative, he approaches every project as both a craftsman and a visionary—looking beyond what a space is today to see what it can become.

At DAS, no project is treated as “just another job.” Whether it’s a small repair or a complete transformation, every detail matters, every client deserves dependable service, and every project is an opportunity to create something we can proudly stand behind. DAS is more than home improvement—it’s craftsmanship without limits.
